On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled, proactive, and leadership-driven Helpdesk Team Lead in Lithuania to guide the team and drive success within the company!
HELPDESK TEAM LEAD IN LITHUANIA
Your main responsibilities will be to organize helpdesk team daily customer support operations, organize network monitoring center network, DC, cloud infrastructure monitoring, organize basic internal IT support for company employees work desks, organize and schedule day/night shifts for the team members.
